Vintage 1.06 Carat Old Cut Diamond Engagement Ring, circa 1930
A fine and subtly unique Art Deco engagement ring. The old European cut diamond in the centre - graded by GIA as I colour, VS1 clarity - is secured in a platinum collet with triangular shaped claws, making the diamond appear slightly star shaped. The hexagonal collet features "V" detailing in the gallery, leading to spear-shaped yellow gold shoulders set with six (three each side) eight-cut diamonds of graduating size, to a slim 18k gold shank.
Currently size K 1/2 (UK) or 5 3/8 (US). Free sizing available.
