At the centre is a bright, pink sapphire - certified as natural and unheated - which is rubover set in yellow gold, and sits between two glowingly white round brilliant cut diamonds. A further 24 round brilliant cut diamonds encase the central trio of stones within a white gold lateral gallery. On a slim and tapering 18k yellow gold shank.Â
